This state-of-the-art system provides intuitive user interface and seamless integration with IndiGo’s Navitaire New Skies® Passenger Service System.
With Amadeus SRM Flex, IndiGo gains the flexibility to adjust its price-setting approach and automate repetitive tasks, driving greater operational efficiency and opening up new revenue streams. The partnership will enable IndiGo to make faster, smarter business decisions, drive automation, and enhance overall efficiency as it continues to expand its network.
The collaboration between IndiGo and Amadeus allows the airline to integrate its own data science and machine learning capabilities with Amadeus’ solutions, laying a strong foundation for its expansion plans. Amadeus’ Revenue Management technology is modular, PSS-agnostic, and easy to implement, providing IndiGo with the right technological infrastructure to support its continued growth both domestically and internationally.
IndiGo, one of India’s fastest-growing airlines, has committed to an impressive order of 500 A320 aircraft, reinforcing its ambitious expansion plans. The airline currently operates a fleet of over 400 aircraft with more than 2,200 daily flights, connecting more than 120 destinations including 38 international cities.
