The NHL’s Minnesota Wild to Host Hiring Our Heroes Event at Xcel Energy Center
The Minnesota Wild announced that they will be hosting a Minneapolis-St. Paul Hiring Our Heroes event on March 17 at the Xcel Energy Center. The event aims to connect members of the local military community with military-ready employers, providing them with opportunities for meaningful employment. Over 50 companies from the region are expected to attend, offering jobs for service members, veterans, and military spouses of all ranks and levels of experience.
The first 200 military community job seekers to attend will receive a free ticket to the Minnesota Wild vs. Los Angeles Kings game that evening, and the first 75 job seekers will receive complementary parking at the RiverCentre Parking Ramp. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend an interactive workshop, hear tips from hiring managers, and learn about online tools to translate military experience on a resume.
