The University of Minnesota Gophers track & field programs have announced their indoor and outdoor schedules for the upcoming 2024-25 season. The team will participate in a total of 26 regular season meets, with five of those being hosted at home.
The indoor season will begin in early December with the M City Classic in Minneapolis, followed by meets in Houston, Nebraska, and Indiana. In February, the Gophers will host two home meets and participate in the Windy City Classic in Chicago. The postseason will kick off with the Big Ten Championships in Indianapolis, followed by the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach.
The outdoor season will start in March with meets in Arizona and South Florida, as well as others in the Twin Cities. April will feature 11 different meets, including the Gophers’ home meet, the Gary Wilson Invitational. May will see postseason competition with the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon, followed by the NCAA West Regional in College Station, Texas, and the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene.
Overall, the University of Minnesota Gophers are gearing up for an exciting season of competition in both indoor and outdoor track & field events.
