New State Leadership Conference to be held by Minnesota FFA

Minnesota FFA is gearing up to host a new State Leadership Conference next month, in order to address the challenges of accommodating its growing membership. The conference, scheduled for December 9th and 10th in St. Cloud, will feature Leadership Development Events, workshops, and college tours in collaboration with St. Cloud State University. FFA president Lauren Stoel explains that due to construction limitations at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds in the spring, the decision was made to split the events between December and the State Convention in April. This change will allow the organization to focus on building up leadership skills among its members and provide an opportunity for competitions at different times of the year. The hope is that this new structure will better serve the needs of Minnesota FFA members and create a more dynamic and engaging experience for everyone involved.
