Owned by Laxmi Thummalakunta and the Avyay Trust, this gated residence was acquired by Jennifer and Jonathan Dotson.
Following closely behind was a house at 23 La Scala Court, which sold for $1.075 million to Rebecca and James Jones and the Buddy and Rebecca Jones Living Trust. Another notable sale was a property at 14 Deauville Circle, which changed hands for $1,052,280 and was acquired by Jennifer and Jordan Greer.
Other high-value sales included a house at 16 Cascades Drive, sold for $1.05 million to Jessica and Matthew Selig, and a property at 3804 Gordon Road, which was purchased for $959,999 by Michelle and Frank Cuervo.
These transactions represent some of the most luxurious properties in Little Rock, showcasing the high-end real estate market in the city. With affluent buyers snapping up these prestigious homes, it’s clear that the demand for upscale housing in Little Rock remains strong.
