Lionel Prudhomme Jr., a three-star offensive lineman from Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport, Louisiana, has committed to play football at the University of Arkansas. Prudhomme made the announcement during a ceremony at Youree Drive Middle School, choosing the Razorbacks over several other offers.
The talented senior credits his time at Captain Shreve for helping him develop his skills and landing him the opportunity to play at a power-five program. He expressed gratitude towards his coaches for bringing out the best in him and showing him the potential to play college football.
Ranked as the No. 43 offensive lineman in the nation and the No. 26 overall recruit in Louisiana by 247 Sports, Prudhomme looks forward to making an impact on the Arkansas football team. He credits his father, who played football at Grambling State, for sparking his love for the sport and always pushing him to strive for greatness.
