Tech outage in New Hampshire fully resolved, 911 system back online – Boston 25 News

The New Hampshire 911 server system has been fully restored after a widespread technology outage early Friday morning. Calls to 911 are now being processed normally, with state officials investigating the exact cause of the interruption. The state Division of Emergency Services has backup systems in place and is monitoring operations closely. 911 telecommunicators reported being unable to answer incoming calls just after 1 a.m., but quickly implemented backup processes to ensure callers received assistance. By 3:30 a.m., calls and texts to 911 were being received normally on the backup system. Residents and visitors are reminded to only call or text 911 in case of an emergency and not make test calls.
